Care Quality Commission preparation for registration and future inspections
April 2010 sees changes to the regulation of health and adult social care. Legislation brings in a new registration system that applies to all regulated health and adult social care services.
Inclusion Plus Ltd can assist and support you through registering with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Inclusion Plus Ltd will also prepare you for future annual quality assurance assessment, inspections and reviews with CQC.

Audits
Inclusion Plus will also support you in devising and preparing for self audit and peer audits. These audits can be used to positively improve the ways in which you operate.

• Carry out an equivalent audit to a CQC inspection to ensure you are fully prepared and identify any gaps which need to be addressed, prior to your CQC registration or inspection.
• Support you in training and engaging the people who use your service to assist with the audits.
• Support you in training your staff, so they will be able to self audit for future inspections.
• Support you in continuous development via the self audit results.
