Ofsted preparation for registration and future inspections

Inclusion Plus Ltd can assist and support you through your initial registration and future inspection processes with Ofsted.
Inclusion Plus Ltd will;

•    Review your aims and objectives and support you in making them transparent.
•    Provide you with a complete set of policies, which set out your working practices, including Statement of Purpose.
•    Review and amend all of your existing policies and procedures and create new ones, if required, in line with current legislation.
•    Help you complete the registration process and any self assessments required.
•    Will support you in training staff to fully understand all Ofsted requirements and guidance.
•    Set up systems which will enable you to have evidence of all staff’s past, present and future training attainments and requirements.
•    Develop involvement and engagement strategies for the people who use your service.
•    Provide you with training programmes for staff in line with Ofsted guidance and Government legislation.

Audits

Inclusion Plus Ltd will also support you in devising and preparing self audits and peer audits. These audits can be used to positively improve the ways in which you operate.
Inclusion Plus Ltd will;

•    Carry out an equivalent audit to an Ofsted inspection to ensure you are fully prepared and identify any gaps which need to be addressed, prior to your Ofsted registration or inspection.
•    Support you in training and engaging the people who use your service to assist with the audits.
•    Support you in training your staff, so they will be able to self audit for future inspections.
•    Support you in continuous development via the self audit results.
