In March of 2011, Inclusion Plus Ltd branched out and launched Inclusion 4 all, Inclusion 4 All CIC is a Community Interest Company (CIC) registered with Companies house, company number 7523489, it too provides customer led services. Inclusion 4 All provide a wide range of advice and support and services to organisations and individuals a like which include;
Care for Carers
Care for Carers service is provided by accredited workers, who will be recruited by and work in line with Current Government legislation with reference to shared lives schemes and kinship workers procedures and guidelines. Our care for carers’ service ensures the people using the service have an input into the delivery of the service, with additional support networks thus reducing isolation and exclusion and improving their own health and wellbeing.
The main objectives of the service are to;
- Provide a support network designed to reduce isolation and exclusion.
- Working in partnership with other agencies.
- Promotion of health and wellbeing
- A pro-active approach to intervention.
- Regular support for the worker
- Kinship networks
The Kinship Network service will be provided by experienced and knowledgeable Workers who will be recruited in line with current government legislation. The worker will assist the person to remain living in their own home and encourage them to access both the local and wider community. This service is aimed at reducing isolation and exclusion and assisting people to live a fulfilled life within their own home and local community. Inclusion 4 all can support your Organisation in developing a Kinship Network Service, including the recruitment and selection of Kinship Network workers or offer additional support to an already established scheme. This service can be developed for adults of all ages and abilities.
- Neighbourhood Forums and Neighbourhood Planning
Inclusion 4 All can assist and support local communities to ensure they have genuine opportunities to influence the future of where they live. We can help you and support you to come together as a group, or forum to achieve a “neighbourhood development plan.” In line with current National Policy such as, the Localism bill.
Neighbourhood planning can enable you to come together to say where you think new houses, businesses and shops should go – and what they should look like. A neighbourhood development plan can be as simple, or can go into considerable detail, depending on the issues at hand
